This policy explains how The Solisser Group LLC, doing business as Coach Shlomo (“we,” “us”), handles your information when you visit shlomo.coach or book a call with us.
What we collect
- When you book a call. Bookings are handled by Calendly. You give your name, email address, and any answers to the booking questions. Calendly processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you visit the site. Our web host automatically records standard technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in server logs used to keep the site secure and running.
- Site analytics. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and how people found us. These tools use cookies and collect information like your device type, general location, and pages visited. They do not tell us who you are.
- The Bottleneck Test. Your answers stay in your browser. We don’t receive or store them.
How we use it
To schedule and hold calls, respond to you, follow up about coaching you’ve asked about, understand and improve the site, and keep it secure. We do not sell your information.
Emails from us
If you book a call or contact us, we may follow up by email about that conversation or about coaching. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or writing to the address below.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site, our scheduling, our email, and (if used) our analytics: our web host (Namecheap), Calendly, Google Workspace, and Google Analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
Cookies
The site itself doesn’t set tracking cookies. Calendly’s booking window may set cookies it needs to work, and analytics tools set cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Where your information is kept
We are based in the United States, and the services we use store information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be handled there.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, California, or Virginia), you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor requests as those laws require. If you are in the EU or UK, we handle your information to respond to requests you make (such as booking a call), for our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, or with your consent, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as Calendly and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
